The Lobby ( is a new shopping concierge service that brings up-and-coming fashion brands (think Cuyana, Amour Vert and GREATS) to customers at their offices to try on before they buy.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to build our growth playbook and drive massive adoption at top companies in the Bay Area and beyond. As a member of our leadership team, you will have ownership over an entire area of the business and the resources to build a growth team from the ground up. You and your team will come up with a comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy, test and iterate quickly and operationalize winning strategies.

We are seeking an experienced marketer who has a proven track record in performance marketing and the ability to deliver upon aggressive user acquisition growth targets. The ideal candidate is able to think at a strategic level while still being hands-on with careful attention to detail.


  • Refining our Growth Playbook to build a repeatable model for launching our service and growing our membership at new companies every week through:
    • Performance Marketing: Experiment with paid channels including SEM, Display, Instagram/Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Advertorial, etc.
    • Partnerships: Help define our company perk program and build team to sell to companies
    • Community & Events: Oversee the development of our ambassador program, social media strategy, influencer partnerships and event strategy
    • Coming up with out of the box ways to tie together our various channels to maximize membership and revenue growth
  • Set up and evolve systems, processes and reporting to analyze daily, weekly and monthly channel performance
  • Building and managing a growing marketing team (of 3-4 people)
  • Effectively allocate and deploy a growing marketing budget with a view at hitting specific ROI goals related to revenue, CAC, and LTV


  • 6-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally building/managing a team from the ground up
  • Deep expertise with performance/paid marketing across online and offline channels
  • Strong project management skills with experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Analytic approach to campaign creation, with a maniacal focus on testing, learning, and optimizing future campaigns
  • Ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term vision, while also balancing immediate priorities
  • Deep experience defining, analyzing and reporting on performance marketing metrics in a multi-channel environment (i.e., CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV, Yield)
  • Thorough understanding of attribution models, customer cohorts, and data analysis
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for fashion is a huge plus
